Coconut Green Chutney

Ingredients:

2 gms cumin powder
5 gms sugar
10 gms garlic, finely chopped
15 gms green chillies
25 ml lemon juice
25 gms mint leaves, finely chopped
30 gms onion, finely chopped
100 gms coconut, grated
100 ml water
125 gms coriander leaves, finely choppedSalt to taste

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor to form a smooth paste and store in an air-tight container.
